We've identified an issue impacting customer connectivity.
Locations impacted: EMCASTL - CASTLE DONINGTON Service and customer volumes impacted: SMPF:17 Voice: 100 Below is a summary of our initial findings and next steps: Some customers connected to the Castle Donington exchange will be experiencing loss of voice and data services, due to a power issue on-site. Following this, two of our network devices have not recovered. We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
