Below is a summary of our initial findings and next steps:

Some customers connected to the Castle Donington exchange will be experiencing loss of voice and data services, due to a power issue on-site. Following this, two of our network devices have not recovered.

We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

20:20 22/04/2024 Our IP access engineer is working with our on call field resource to attempt to restore service, replacement cards have not worked so a reboot of the device is due to be attempted.



We'll continue to keep you informed and updated on any further developments.



23:02 22/04/2024 We're happy to report that service has been restored.

Our onsite field engineer reloaded the device to restore service.



We'll continue to monitor the impacted services and reopen the incident if there are further issues.
