| ?We identified an issue that impacted customer connectivity. Services have now recovered.
A Virgin Media-provided backhaul circuit dropped, causing a loss of voice and data services to customers. ?Locations: SNODLAND (ndsno) ?Service and customer volumes: Ethernet: 17 MPF/SMPF: 70 We're happy to report that service has been restored. The circuit recovered itself quickly and has been stable for 30 minutes. We will ask Virgin Media to investigate their network, as checks on our network do not show an issue on our side. We'll continue to monitor the impacted services and reopen the incident if there are further issues.
