Locations impacted: emsplsb - Spilsby Service and customer volumes impacted: Ethernet: 12 MPF: 87 Below is a summary of our initial findings and next steps: We have found that there was a disruption to the quality of service at the Spilsby exchange. This is due to high levels of network traffic on the site backhaul link. We have found that these levels have now gone back to normal and the issue is resolved. We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
