We've identified an issue impacting customer connectivity.

Below is a summary of our initial findings and next steps:

We are seeing a total loss of service to the Maesteg exchange. This is due to a down link that connects the exchange to the network. We are now investigating to establish the reason for this so that we can have it restored as soon as possible.

Following a power cut at the exchange, our core device here lost its configuration.



Our field engineer has restored this now.


We'll continue to monitor the impacted services and reopen the incident if there are further issues.
