We've identified an issue impacting customer connectivity.

Our initial analysis shows the issue is impacting service in Weybridge (lswey). We're currently working through the impact and issue and will look to provide more detail as soon as we have it.

We'll keep you informed and updated on developments. Our priority is to restore service to normal operations with minimal disruption as soon as possible.

Services have recovered. We're still awaiting confirmation that the issue has been resolved. As soon as we get it we will let you know.

Customer traffic moved over to the alternative route.

The affected route recovered itself quickly.

We will ask Openreach to investigate their network, as checks on our network do not show an issue on our side.

We'll continue to monitor the impacted services and reopen the incident if there are further issues.
