We've identified an issue impacting customer connectivity.

Following errors being found on an Openreach Cable link circuit, we asked Openreach to investigate their network.

During their investigations, intrusive actions were taken which has caused a loss of data services to some customers.

The Openreach field engineer has found a problem on their network and is trying to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Openreach have allocated a Fibre engineer to investigate comms loss to an exchange device. His estimated time of arrival (ETA) is unknown at present.

We're happy to report that service has been restored.
Services have been restored by Openreach, we are awaiting an RFO from them as to the corrective action taken.

We'll continue to monitor the impacted services and reopen the incident if there are further issues.
