Our backhaul supplier Virgin Media has informed us that they are performing planned work on both these sites. Unfortunately, we did not receive any prior notification about this change, so we will handle this issue under this incident from our side. Their work is expected to run until 10am 21/11/2023.

We will close the incident and the completion time for this work is 10:00/10:40 21/11/2023 Unfortunately, we have reopened the incident as the planned works completion has over ran and the completion time is estimated to be 12:00 now.

We'll continue to keep you informed and updated on any further developments. 16:06 21/11/2023 Services have recovered. We're still awaiting confirmation that the issue has been resolved. As soon as we get it we will let you know. 18:11 21/11/2023 Virgin Media has confirmed that our services should be restored. The cause of the issue was some fibres that had been crossed.

Their work continues so services are still at risk until they confirm the works are complete.
