We've identified an issue impacting customer connectivity.
Our initial analysis shows the issue is impacting service in Ipsley - WMIPS. We're currently working through the impact and issue and will look to provide more detail as soon as we have it. We'll keep you informed and updated on developments. Our priority is to restore service to normal operations with minimal disruption as soon as possible. 19:02 20/11/2023 Our field engineer is on site working to replace the faulty switch with the new replacement.
20:24 20/11/2023 We have come into a slight issue with applying the configuration to the new switch. We are carrying out a firmware upgrade with our field engineer at present. Once the firmware has been applied then we can apply configuration and move the new device into place.
22:17 20/11/2023 We're happy to report that service has been restored.
