We are investigating a disruption to service at Ipsley exchange (WMIPS) Customers are experiencing loss of data service. We are currently working to identify the root cause and implement the appropriate resolution. Further information will be provided within the next update due time. WorkLog Submit Date : 16/11/2023 18:05:19 -Service Restoration- Upon further testing we can confirm service has now been restored and has remained stable. We are completing final checks and any related incidents have been passed back for re-test. We will continue to monitor and re-open should issues re-occur.
