We identified an issue that impacted customer connectivity.
Customers' connectivitiy intermittently dropped and self-recovered. A 3rd-party supplier, disturned fibres while working on a separate incident. This will have caused circuits to drop and come back up between 16/11 05:25 and 16/11 05:43 All services have now recovered. Locations: Country wide Service and customer volumes impacted: Ethernet: 23 We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Unfortunately, we've seen a reoccurrence of the issue and have reopened the incident.
