We have identified a loss of service for Data customers due to loss of connectivity with our DSLAM device following planned works CRQ000000140984.

Our IP Access team is working closely with our field engineer to troubleshoot the problems affecting the controller cards. They are performing various tests and checks to identify and fix the root cause of the issues.

Our field engineer's were stood down as they were in the exchange most of the evening. IP access have now obtained further field resource and they are on site to troubleshoot the problems affecting the controller cards. They are performing various tests and checks to identify and fix the root cause of the issues.
