We are beginning remote investigations and mobilising a field engineer to attend ASAP. We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Our engineer was working on a connection next to the main connection between the switches, and disturbed a loose connector. This has been reconnected and has been stable for 5 minutes.
