We identified an issue that impacted customer connectivity. Services have now recovered.
Some customers connected to Fountainbridge Exchange may have experienced Quality of Service issues due to network congestion. Locations: ESFOU - Fountainbridge Service and customer volumes: Ethernet:74 MPF:242 We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
