We identified an issue that impacted customer connectivity. Services have now recovered.

The device which reloaded itself yesterday has done so again today.

We have a case raised with the hardware manufacturer to investigate the cause of the reloads and confirm if the device needs replacing. We hope to have this confirmed soon.

We're happy to report that service has been restored.

We are still waiting for the hardware manufacturer to confirm if the device requires replacement. This is being taken care of under another incident on the system.

Services have been stable since todays event.

We'll continue to monitor the impacted services and reopen the incident if there are further issues.
