We identified an issue that impacted customer connectivity. Services have now recovered.
During routine works, we identified some customers had lost voice services. The equipment undergoing works was mistakenly identified as not customer affecting. Locations: Portsmouth (SDPCNTC) Service and customer volumes: Voice:47 We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
