We identified an issue that impacted customer connectivity. Services have now recovered.
A device in this exchange reloaded, causing a loss of data service to some customers. Locations: Street SSSTT Service and customer volumes: Ethernet: 20 We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. As it is currently online, we will investigate options for it's replacement while causing minimal impact/downtime.
