Customers connected to the Seacroft exchange may be experiencing a loss of voice and data services. This is due to a down backhaul connected to one of our network switches. We are raising a case with our third party supplier to investigate and resolve the cause of this outage.

The Openreach engineer visited site and replaced the faulty cards and we are now seeing services coming back up.
