Locations impacted: Seacroft - MYSEA Service and customer volumes impacted: Ethernet: 29 MPF: 200 Below is a summary of our initial findings and next steps: Customers connected to the Seacroft exchange may be experiencing a loss of voice and data services. This is due to a down backhaul connected to one of our network switches. We are raising a case with our third party supplier to investigate and resolve the cause of this outage. We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. 11:39 12/11/2023 We're happy to report that service has been restored.
