We have experienced a communication failure with an MSAN that resulted in the disruption of Voice services only. We are dispatching a field engineer to help with the investigations from the site.

We understand the impact this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

The field engineer assigned is currently en route to site. He is expected to arrive by 8 pm, barring any unforeseen delays.

A TalkTalk�field engineer has re seated a fault controller card in an MSAN

We'll continue to monitor the impacted services and reopen the incident if there are further issues.
